Chief Dr. Benjamin Omale is a man who has exhibited so much competence in the Petroleum industry. He was born on 12th July, 1969 at Sabon Gari, Kano State. He is a Citizen of Nigeria from Ohimini LGA of Benue State.
He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate at Army Children School, Kaduna. Obtained his SSCE/NECO at Goodwill School, Kaduna. He obtained his WASC/GCE from Government College, Kaduna. As a result of his quest to expand his knowledge in the area of vocational education, he went to the Khemsafe Institute and Information Technology where he obtained his Vocational Diploma Appreciation. He went further to Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna and obtained his National Diploma in Mass Communication. Still in the same institution, he obtained his Higher National Diploma in production and Operation Management. Chief Omale proceeded to Kaduna State University where he obtained his Post Graduate Diploma in Management. In the same institution, he acquired his Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Dr. Omale is a fellow and member of many associations and organisations. He is a fellow, Institute of Professional Managers and Administration in 2007; fellow, Institute of African Professional Managers in 2005; member, Nigeria Institute of Project Managers in 2011; member, Certified Board Administration of Nigeria in 2007; member, International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS) Security Manager in 2021 and fellow, Institute of Oil and Gas Research and Hydrocarbon Studies in 2022.
Chief Omale has worked in various films and corporations in the petroleum Industry such as Managing Director/CEO, Edi-Jen Group of Companies; Hansel Protroleum Company as Project Manager in 1989; Hansel Petroleum Company as Depot Operation Manager from 2007 to 2009; Senior Special Adviser to the IPMAN President from 2011 to 2014; Organising Secretary, IPMAN, Kaduna Unit from 2011 to date; General Secretary, Association of Distributors and Transporters of Petroleum Products (ADITOP); Secretary General, Associate of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant Owner, Kaduna in 2022 and National Treasurer, Independent Petroleum Markets Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), 2022 till date.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Some Business/Corporate concerns. He has received so many awards and recognitions for his contribution to development of IPMAN by Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (Kaduna Depot) in 2005. He also received merit award by Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria in 2011 among others. He has also been a member of many committees and boards.
From Chief Dr. Omale's wealth of experience in the Petroleum Industry, he will be able to significantly make potent impact anywhere he is given any managerial role even outside the Petroleum Industry. He is a man who has a very powerful trajectory and knows his job extremely well.
